If the purchaser wants to cancel his reservation, the cancellation must be in writing.
- Cancellation longer than 10 days before the day of arrival, the cost will be 50% of the amount paid in advance.
- Cancellation within 10 days before the arrival, the cost will be 100% of the amount paid in advance.
If the purchaser wants to extend his holiday, South Crete Tours s.a. cannot guarantee that he will continue to have the same kind of car, but our company will do it's best to find a car for the renter even if it it belongs to a different group.
